Energy levels down?

Water is everywhere, but most people don’t even have enough water in their bodies. That’s right… they’re under-hydrated, thinking that coffee, tea, beer and soft drinks are good substitutes for water.

It’s an amazing fact that proper hydration will assist with weight loss, digestion, your immune system, and will benefit your kidneys… and it’ll help with headaches, keep you alert, thinking more clearly and…well the benefits are endless.

Seventy percent of the human body is made of water, and keeping our fluids balanced means that water is doing it’s job. Your body loses water through breathing, sweating, digesting, and exercise, so it’s vital to stay hydrated. And there are NO substitutes for pure clean water.

Water in it’s healthiest form will transport nutrients to your cells, help digestion, regulate your body temperature, will help remove waste products. And it will help you feel better, move better, think better, and function better. It will your skin clear and your energy levels up!

This is one of our Humans Strengths. And it’s as easy as drinking a glass of water… several times a day. But not drinking enough water will skew your body out of balance.
