Now, incidental exercise is any exercise or physical activity that is part of your daily routine. This can include walking around the supermarket, doing household chores such as vacuuming or even just taking the trash out counts.. especially if you have some of those pesky stairs to get you to the bins!

Incidental exercise is the key to offsetting kilos creeping up and can lead to a surprising fitness improvement. Incidental exercise can even be enjoyed! Especially if you have kids or a big house or backyard to maintain.. rather than looking at house hold maintenance as ‘chores’, change your perspective and start looking at them as ways to lose those unwanted kilos and to boost your metabolism! Anyone need a car wash? Getting the kids involved will make it enjoyable and also teach them good habits from an early age! So go out and enjoy it!
