Abused from the tender age of 6, my life was painful and a real struggle until at 17 I discovered the real power of NO MORE! My pain, anger and shocking memories continued to haunt me for what seemed like forever, simultaneously forcing me to learn the power of CHOICE and develop a strong DETERMINATION.

I owed it to myself to gain an understanding and to learn something new every day; about me, about life and about others. I simply chose to continuously become a better version of myself.

One of the most valuable lessons perhaps was finding the difference between “living” as opposed to “surviving” and that has helped me to become who I am today. Every day of my life I am GRATEFUL for what I have achieved and see the future only in HD.

So the questions I asked myself were:

• How can I help people see clearly?
• How can I offer my life experiences in such a way as to benefit others?
• How can I motivate people, the way I have motivated my three beautiful daughters to cross that bridge from surviving to LIVING and to have fun in the process?
• How can I give to others what I have received in many ways, shapes and forms in life?

For me it was almost as if it were the birth of a Child – I just needed to find a way to present this Child!

And that is how enigma7 or E7 for short (we are in Australia after all), was born. Out of my desire to share with you 7 simple steps to building a stronger foundation of Health and Wellbeing, and what I have learnt and continue to learn about the power of the ART OF LIVING and how to create a state of WELLNESS within.

E7 has been in the making for over 5 years with 30 years of research behind it, or as some people like to refer to it as – Life Research. In addition, I have attended personal development courses, had endless counselling sessions, many powerful and life altering personal experiences and read hundreds of motivational and educational books. I absolutely love learning and exploring what makes us who we are. I have an endless collection of self-improvement motivational books and reading material. I have also attended seminars with some of the greatest in the field; the likes of Anthony Robins, Bob Proctor, Oprah Winfrey and Richard Branson, just to name a few. Their words have been provocative, sometimes shocking and at times a huge turning point in my life.
