I graduated from Glenaeon Rudolf Steiner School Class of 2013. I have embarked on studying Fitness & Nutrition at Sage Institue of Education allowing me to expand into Personal Training through enigma7.

I have always lived an active and healthy lifestyle, playing soccer from the age of four. I balance myself with Meditation & Yoga, from ZUU and HIIT (Hight Intensity Interval Training). Outside of my Fitness, I focus on a Paleo lifestyle, interior design, films and anything coconut.

My proudest educational moment in my senior year was demolishing, designing and renovating our home kitchen which translated into a 20,000 word thesis “The Evolution of Kitchen Design” this project was accompanied by a 60 minute presentation which posed the question, “is Renovating a kitchen to a professional standard achievable by an inexperienced individual?” and after enduring the renovations… I am thrilled to say ‘Yes! It most definitely is’
